About Ivy Glades Homeowners Association

The Ivy Glades Homeowners Association is a non-profit incorporated entity operated by a Board of Directors – residents who volunteer their time, experience and talents. We are a vibrant neighborhood of about 175 homes designed to create openness throughout the property with gently curving streets and cul de sacs, attractive landscaping, lush green common areas and a children’s playground, with easy access to the Columbia River waterfront and its bordering pedestrian/bike trail. We believe Ivy Glades is indeed a unique place to live for both families and empty-nesters who enjoy a high quality of life at a reasonable investment. As a covenanted community, our desire is to enhance and perfect the value, desirability and attractiveness of the entire property. We need volunteers! Get involved and join one of our many committees.
