The Ivy Glades Social Committee invites you to the Ivy Glades Fall Festival, Saturday September 15 from 4:00pm to 6:30pm at the playground.

LIVELY CONVERSATION (of course!)

Enjoy Picnic-style Cold Chicken courtesy of the Ivy Glades Homeowners Association. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share. Water will be provided. Feel free to bring along your preferred beverages to drink.

Don’t forget your lawn chairs! You’re welcome to set up shade tents, too.

Paper goods will be provided.

About Ivy Glades Homeowners Association

The Ivy Glades Homeowners Association is a non-profit incorporated entity operated by a Board of Directors – residents who volunteer their time, experience and talents. We are a vibrant neighborhood of about 175 homes designed to create openness throughout the property with gently curving streets and cul de sacs, attractive landscaping, lush green common areas and a children’s playground, with easy access to the Columbia River waterfront and its bordering pedestrian/bike trail. We believe Ivy Glades is indeed a unique place to live for both families and empty-nesters who enjoy a high quality of life at a reasonable investment. As a covenanted community, our desire is to enhance and perfect the value, desirability and attractiveness of the entire property. We need volunteers!
